COACHING COURSES : FREE TO ALL MEMBERS
QMA will be conducting 4 Coaching seminars on the following dates, with qualified coaches conducting these courses.

Saturday May 22nd: Hurdles (Alan Cameron) and Shot Put (Des Davis)

Saturday May 29th: Long Jump/Triple Jump (Alan Cameron) and Discus (Des Davis)

Saturday June 5th: Starts/Relays (Harry Giles) and Javelin (Des Davis)

Saturday June 19th: Starts/High Speed Mechanics (Harry Giles) and Hammer (Des Davis)

START TIME: 10-00am , duration approx 2 hours.
