Proposed QMA Cross Country Events, to be held in conjunction with Queensland Athletics Event. The distabces listed are the only races where QMA results will be separated from QA results.

May 29th 2010, 4k Cross Country held at Sherwood Park, Sherwood (other race distances avaiable)
June 26th 2010, 3k Cross Country held at QUT Campus, Carseldine (other race distances avaiable)
July 24th 2010, 4k Cross Country held at St Pauls School, Bald Hills (other race distances avaiable)
CHAMPIONSHIP RULES  
ELIGIBILITY: Competitors MUST BE a financial member of a Masters Association to be eligible for Championships

TRACK EVENTS
: Athletes MUST SIGN ON for their events AT LEAST 45 minutes BEFORE the scheduled Starting Time for their events and then Marshall at the marshalling tent AT LEAST 15 MINUTES before the scheduled starting time for each event

FIELD EVENTS: Competitors are to go to the event area at least 15 minutes before the starting time of their event for warm up throws/jumps to allow events to start at the scheduled starting time. If competing in a track event starting at or before your field event report to field event officials before going to your track event. You must have attempted a jump or throw within the first three rounds of competition to continue within the competition. Missed attempts cannot be made up.

AGE GROUPS: Your Age Group for the Championships is your actual age as at the start of competition on the first day of competition.

SINGLET NUMBERS: Registration Numbers MUST be worn. If you do not wear your rego number you WILL NOT BE allowed to compete

Gold Coast PB/Winter Series
Competition is held at the Gold Coast City Athletics Track at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Competition is organised and run by Peter and Sharon Hannan. More information available through the Sports Credentials website

Competition is held at the University of Queensland Athletics Track at St Lucia. Competition is organised by Tom Brandt and run with the assistance of QA officials.
