The Gold Coast Masters Athletics Club, an affiliate club of Queensland masters Athletics, formed 23rd October 1997 and is based at the Gold Coast Athletic track situated at Griffith University campus Southport.

Current membership fees consist of a $5.00 joining fee and a $20.00 subscription fee, and the membership year runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. We have around 80 members covering a diverse age range, involved in track, field, race walking and jump events.

The club usually conducts three major competition meets each year in conjunction with Queensland Masters Athletics at the Griffith track, including championships events in all disciplines.

Many of our members train each Sunday morning at the track from 7am, and after training share a cuppa in our club room under the grandstand

Anyone interested in checking us out or joining are more than welcome to come along on Sunday mornings.
